ABOUT US
We are based in the Louisville/Lafayette area and organized by a public and independent school teacher. Our ideas stem from International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme organization, incorporating methods from Montessori and European Forest Schools. Our goals are to form a safe and fun playgroup where children can learn, respect, and have a good understanding of the Earth, themselves, and each other through play.

OUR PROGRAM

Our goals are helping young adventurers to explore the world around them. We want to guide kids with language, tools, and activities to enjoy and learn all that our cities and parks have to offer. Our roots are in environmentalism and taking care of nature. We live in an area full of rich cultural experiences for children to learn about… so we want to explore! Seeing museums with sculptures, gardens with plants, sanctuaries with animals, and parks with streams give us plenty of chances to learn through play.
